Bierhaus

If you’re after a cocktail made by one of the best Galway's cocktail makers around, get thee to Bierhaus. A genius at his work, Markus Galuschin never fails to curate cocktail menus where all inclusions are too die for. The balance between his variations on classics, and his own bespoke creations is what sets it apart. We can't stress enough how much we love these cocktails so make sure you check them out.

Rúibín

We couldn’t talk about cocktails to die for in Galway without mentioning Taylor’s Bar & Beer Garden. All their cocktails are made by the cocktail experts in The Cocktail Shed out in their large beer garden, and each and every one of their cocktails is absolutely divine. What's more, Taylor’s offers 20% off all cocktails from Sunday until Thursday so if that doesn’t convince you to try them for yourself nothing will!

Capones

A stunning and diverse cocktail menu can be found at Capones. Dreamt up and created with care by head bartender and mixologist, this vast blend of boozy flavours goes down really well in their old-timey Speakeasy Bar... one is never enough though - be warned! Since you simply must try some of these cocktails for yourself, from Sunday to Thursday they are offering any two cocktails for €18.

Harry’s Bar

If you haven’t already visited the waterfront restaurant Ré Nao, their trouble bubble - bubble tea - cocktails are the perfect excuse too.
