Galway Tattoo Show: Come for the ink, stay for the fun!

The 10th annual international Galway Tattoo Show is returning this January for an expo that is not only a celebration of tattoo art, and will feature performances of music, comedy, magic, and entertainment with art galleries, market stalls, tattoo competitions and so much more.

The 2025 Galway Tattoo Show will bring together some of the best Irish and international tattoo artists in the world for a weekend event at the beautiful Galmont Hotel on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of January.

This tattoo show will feature many tattoo artists 'live' tattooing, so you can see them up close and get a tattoo if you want to. You don't need a tattoo to come, as many past attendees come looking for their first tattoo or just to enjoy the art, atmosphere and entertainment. Tattooing celebrates individuality so whoever you are, whatever your interests - all are welcome.

Tattooed or not, all are welcome to this family-friendly tattoo show where there will be something to entertain and delight all ages. Day tickets are €20 + booking fee, or a weekend pass is €36 + booking fee. Children under 14 years old go free. Tickets are now available online on www.galwaytattooshow.ie and they will be available at the door on the days of the show.

With your ticket you will enjoy great live entertainment and stand-up comedy, art exhibitions, market stalls as well as access to over 100 of the very best tattoo artists. Watch them create masterpieces right in front of your eyes, and/or get a tattoo yourself. Head over to Galway Tattoo Show’s socials @galwaytattooshow to see which artists will be tattooing in Galway over the weekend and then contact the artist whose work catches your eye to book your tattoo appointment with them at the Galway Tattoo Show. Alternatively, there will be plenty of artists at the show who will be doing 'walk up appointments' so you can browse their work at their stand, have a chat and book in with them there and then.

Over the weekend, market traders will offer everything from alternative clothing and jewellery to poster prints, vintage markets, handmade products, painted furniture, ethical taxidermy, alternative market, skateboard and urban apparel and tattoo supplies.

The Galway Tattoo Show is sponsored by Holy Mountain Supplies, and Total Tattoo Magazine. For more information about the Galway Tattoo Show please visit their website at www.galwaytattooshow.ie and follow them on Facebook and Instagram.
