The aim of this event is to give new mums and their babies a happy place, a chance to exercise, make friends and most importantly, have fun in a supportive and welcoming environment. While the mums enjoy padel, babies will be safe and comfortable in the designated “Baby Zone”, with mums rotating in to mind the little ones. The Project Padel Galway team will also be on hand to assist with game rules, guidance, and ensuring everyone has a great time.

Event Details:
-A fun and friendly padel session with introductory coaching led by our team.
-No experience needed, just bring your energy and a smile!
-Mums will rotate every 15 minutes to mind the babies, so everyone gets time both on and off the court.
-Please arrive 10-15 minutes in advance so we can maximise court time.
-Wear gym clothing and comfortable trainers.
-Mums remain responsible for their own babies and are welcome to dip in and out of padel as needed.
-By signing up, you are confirming that you have had sign-off from your doctor and no complications post-birth.
-Please note babies must be pre crawling stage.

Your ticket includes:
-2 hours of padel coaching and fun, friendly games (starting at 8am).
-A supportive, social morning with other new mums.
-Guidance from the Project Padel Galway team to help you learn and enjoy the game.
-A whole lot of fun and connection, both on and off the court!
