Celebrate the Summer Solstice with Galway Simon Community and Gym+Coffee on at 4.30am on June 21st with yoga, a dip, and of course coffee!

Celebrate the nourishing light of the Summer Solstice with us at 4.30am on Wednesday, June 21st for 20 minutes of rejuvenating yoga led by the amazing team at SoulMoves, a refreshing quick dip at Salthill Beach led by Into the BLUE, and a heavenly hot drink courtesy of Salthill’s one and only Barista Bus!

This year they also have the Galway Hookers joining them on Galway Bay and lighting up their sails in solidarity with Galway Simon and summer tunes with DJ GiGi from kidisco.ie

Dip at Dawn is a chance for us to come together as a community in support of those affected by homelessness crisis here in the West. It also gives us the opportunity to unite body and mind with sand and sea resulting in the ultimate sense of health and wellbeing.

The first 200 people to register will receive a free exclusive Gym+Coffee Dip at Dawn baseball cap.
