Mr Patrick McKeown, Oxygen Advantage
Breathing, Sleep and Menopause
Join internationally renowned breathing expert Patrick McKeown, author of 11 books including The Breathing Cure for Better Sleep, for a 20-minute practical talk at the Black Box Theatre, Galway. Drawing on 23 years of experience, Patrick will share simple, science-based breathing tools to help women in menopause manage insomnia, quiet the racing mind, and wake up feeling more refreshed.
