50 Years Later – Kylemore Launch New Pottery Range

Come to Kylemore Abbey this weekend to be among the first to see their brand-new range of handcrafted pottery, The Reflections Range, which celebrates 50 years of pottery in Kylemore Abbey. Find out more here...

This new range of pottery is inspired by the peaceful reflection of Kylemore Abbey in Pollacappul Lake and designed to celebrate 50 years of handcrafted pottery in Kylemore Abbey. Designed by artist and Kylemore Abbey School Past Pupil, Gemma Coyne, the Reflections Range blends traditionally pottery making with innovative design. It depicts the contrast between the structured form of the castle and the soft blues of Pollacappul Lake. It stands apart in its beauty and yet, is accessible to all – a true reflection of Kylemore.

This June bank Holiday weekend, Kylemore Abbey are offering their visitors the chance to be the first to see this stunning new range in the Kylemore Abbey Craft & Design shop. As well as being the first to get your hands on the range, there will also be sampling of the delicious Kylemore chocolate, handmade in Sister Genevieve’s Chocolate Kitchen, and of course the famous Kylemore Abbey Country Cream fudge.

Enjoy a family day out and break up your adventures with a flavour of Kylemore this June bank holiday weekend! Kylemore Abbey and Kylemore Abbey Craft and Design are open 7 days, 10am to 6pm. Find out more at www.kylemoreabbey.com
