Join Aniar for a pop up dinner from 2 chef friends that are hoping to showcase the flavour of their native land. This is a 5 course tasting menu.

Italian cuisine is fiercely regional, not just north to south or city to city but village to village. On the night, they want to showcase that regionality with a series of pop ups from two Italian chefs that understand those nuances deeply.

Starting with Campania, as we are from that region, they want to show you something different yet familiar using outstanding Irish produce to give a unique take on our food.

They will also be using Wild Farmed regenerative flour in our pasta as well as pastry and bread dishes.
