Making fresh pasta with Tony at Kombu

An interactive course to teach the basics of turning the humblest of ingredients into delicious dishes at Kombu with Tony.

The beautiful thing about pasta is its simplicity.

Learn the art of fresh pasta making from semolina and water and flour and eggs in the cosy Kombu – Ramen and Bao Bar.

You will experience how pasta-making can be clean, rather simple, and fast. Semolina and water as well as eggs and flour dough will be turned into various different shapes. There will be an emphasis on filled shapes in particular and all equipment will be provided.

Besides fresh pasta making, you will also learn how to make two sauces. The pasta that will be made in the class will be turned into a communal sharing dinner with freshly baked focaccia for you to sit back with a paired glass of wine to then appreciate the pasta and the company in true Italian style.

After the class, you will be able to make fresh pasta anywhere you go as long as you have durum wheat and water or eggs and flour and you’ll probably be teaching everyone you know!

What is included:
Learning how to make numerous pasta shapes and 2 sauces
Freshly made focaccia
Dinner with a glass of wine

Class size is limited.

The fresh pasta-making masterclass makes a great gift, a unique date, team- building activity, or an experience that leaves you with a new (very useful!) skill.
