Renowned for its consistently high-quality cuisine and exceptional dining experiences, Gourmet Food Parlour is offering an impressive selection of season dishes this Easter. Guests can enjoy a two-course menu for €34 per person or enjoy three courses for €39, with a variety of options designed to suit every palate. Some of the star dishes include:

Starters
Braised Beef Croquettes – Slow-braised beef with caramelised onion and mashed potato, served with peppercorn mayo
Butternut Squash, Chilli & Coconut Soup – Served with sourdough bread
Louisiana Chicken Wings – Black and white sesame seeds, celery, blue cheese aioli
Salt & Pepper Squid – Crispy squid with spring onion, chilli, soy, lime and chipotle aioli
Roasted Beetroot Hummus – Maple-roasted beetroot, charred red peppers, spiced chickpeas, citrus olive oil, toasted seeds, served with sourdough
Mains
Slow Roasted Irish Lamb – Parmesan and herb crust, creamy mash, garlic sautéed French beans, mint sauce and rosemary red wine jus
Tuscan Duck Rigatoni – Rigatoni in a velvety Tuscan tomato and paprika cream sauce with baby spinach and blistered cherry tomatoes, topped with crispy duck and Parmesan
GFP Smash Burger – Two Irish beef patties, American cheese, caramelised onion, pickles, signature GFP sauce, brioche bun, onion rings and rustic fries
Thai Red Curry – Butternut squash, red pepper and kale with basmati rice (add prawns or chicken +€4)
Chicken Supreme – Lemon and garlic roasted chicken, creamy mushroom sauce, smoked bacon crumb, mash and tenderstem broccoli

Desserts
Baileys Cheesecake – Baileys-infused cheesecake with fresh strawberries and milk chocolate sauce
Lemon Meringue Tart – Lemon curd, Italian meringue, lemon sorbet
Valrhona Chocolate Fondant – Warm chocolate fondant with Madagascan vanilla ice cream, salted caramel, cocoa nib crumble and fresh strawberries
A selection of seasonal cocktails is available from just €10, including familiar favourites such as the Aperol Spritz and GFP Spritz, as well as The Spiced Orange Special featuring Gunpowder Gin, Fire & 5th Chilli liqueur, blood orange and ginger ale.
Guests can also choose from a curated list of apéritifs from €12, featuring options like the Campari Spritz, Aperol Mimosa, and Manhattan Sunset Sour. In addition, a range of red and white wines is available by the glass from €8, with rosé and sparkling selections from €9, offering a variety of choices to complement the Easter menu.
