As the evenings draw in and autumn settles in, The Spa at The g Hotel & Spa is inviting guests to slow down, switch off and make a little time for themselves with the introduction of its new Autumn Detox Ritual, available throughout October.

Created in partnership with Irish wellness brand Ground Wellbeing, the seasonal experience brings together restorative spa treatments, time in the Thermal Suite and Relaxation Room, and a warming autumn lunch in The Grand Salon, offering guests the perfect opportunity to pause and reset as the seasons change.

Guests will begin their experience with time in the Thermal Suite, allowing the warmth and unhurried pace to set the tone for the treatments that follow. A Ground Wellbeing body scrub gently exfoliates the skin, leaving it feeling soft and refreshed, followed by a soothing back massage designed to ease tension and encourage a moment of calm.

Following the treatments, guests can retreat to the Relaxation Room to get comfortable, close their eyes and enjoy some quiet time before making their way to The Grand Salon for a hearty one-course autumn lunch.

The experience continues beyond the spa, with each guest receiving a Ground-inspired Take-Home Evening Ritual Card, offering simple ways to unwind later and bring a little of that spa feeling into their own evening.
