The late Gerry Mulholland, a beloved singer-songwriter and humanitarian, is being honoured posthumously with the release of his single, ‘Japanese Tokyo Skyline’, with all proceeds going to support Galway Simon Community, a local charity dedicated to ending homelessness in the West of Ireland.

Galway City Council is delighted to announce that the 17th annual Christmas Park and Ride Service will run from Galway Racecourse to the City Centre (Galway Coach Station) from Saturday, 14 December until Tuesday, 24 December 2024. Find out more here…
From December 9th to 21st, the annual Christmas Market in Eyre Square will present a breathtaking large-scale Christmas animation. The entire facade of the Hardiman Hotel, which borders the south side of the Christmas Market, will serve as the canvas for enchanting Christmas images and a heartwarming tale of a child’s quest for Santa.
