Brigit's Garden (Roscahill)

Job Vacancy: Brigit's Garden are looking for a Receptionist for part-time work mainly at weekends, though there may be some weekday work in addition. The job entails welcoming visitors, selling admission tickets and giving information about the Celtic Gardens, and retail sales in the Gift Shop. The job will also entail some office and administrative work. The person will be part of our supportive team of staff, so we are looking for a team player but also someone who can take responsibility when required. The job is initially for about 16 hours a week, mainly at weekends with the possibility of additional hours depending on availability. The initial contract will be until the autumn. The reception staff report to the Visitor Centre Manager.
Requirements: An understanding of the ethos and approach of Brigit’s Garden, at least three years’ experience in relevant work, the ability to work on your own as well as having good relationships with other members of the staff team, excellent people skills and communication skills, competency in Microsoft Office applications, high standards and attention to detail
