The Connacht Hospitality Group’s Annual Walk in Green takes place again this year to raise funds for the incredible Galway Hospice Organisation.

This year’s walk is a very special one as it is in memory of Liz Kavanagh, who recently passed away in the loving care of the Hospice. The walk takes place on Thursday, August 13th, Liz’s birthday.

All are welcome to join them and wear Green if possible to recognise the amazing work done by the Connacht Hospitality Group’s chosen charity for 2026 Galway Hospice.

Galway Hospice provides a remarkable service to the local community, and its kindness and professionalism have touched countless families in Galway and the West since it was established.

All proceeds go directly to the Galway Hospice, which is the Connacht Hospitality Group’s chosen charity for 2026.
