Cork band Ways of Seeing are coming to The Loft at Seven for a special performance with support from Galway’s own Siúcra on June 20th.

Ways of Seeing blend elements of shoegaze and alt-rock with a brooding, intellectual edge. Having just released the single ‘Idolise’ from their upcoming sophomore album (Christian Best – producer and Daniel Fox – mixing), 2025 is the year Ways of Seeing come to the fore.

Joining them on the night is Galway alternative band Siúcra. Siúcra, known for blending alternative rock, trad, and folk influences into something uniquely their own, have been making waves across the country. From winning HotPress’ Local Hero competition on behalf of Mid-West Radio’s listenership to releasing their debut EP Rosetta last November, they’ve been pushing boundaries with their music. With their first music video and acoustic live sessions now out on YouTube, they’re fired up and ready to bring their sound to The Loft.
