Expect unrelenting shows across Róisín Dubh, The Loft and Sally Longs, as Strange Brew unleashes a lineup built for chaos, catharsis and community. This is more than a festival – it’s a rallying cry for noise, for sweat, for togetherness.

January 10th: Okus & The Hungry Buzzards
Okus are a 4 piece band from Drogheda playing fast aggressive grinding punk metal!

The Hungry Buzzards are a hard rock band emerging from Ireland’s west coast. The first seeds were planted in the artistic hotbed of Kinvara, Co. Galway, when guitarist Ian Robbins and vocalist Declan Cairney bonded over a mutual love for classic Stoner-Rock bands including Pentagram and Sleep. After a steady, organic growth, drummer Ruari Cairney and bass player Jack Hayes completed the lineup.

With radio airplay through Bleeding Eardrums and other local radio programs, the band made waves with Bad Reputation Promotions opening for Norway’s Slomosa in Dolan’s, Limerick and playing the prestigious opening slot at the 2025 Samhain Siege of Limerick.
