Torann : document – an evening of music scene interviews at Róisín Dubh

This January, the walls of Galway shake. As TORANN brings together the raw power of punk and the relentless force of metal for a weekend-long onslaught of riffs, noise and pure DIY spirit.

From the beating heart of Galway’s underground to national heavy-hitters and international wrecking crews, TORANN celebrates the scene that thrives in bars and backrooms – now spilling across the city.

Expect unrelenting shows across Róisín Dubh, The Loft and Sally Longs, as Strange Brew unleashes a lineup built for chaos, catharsis and community. This is more than a festival – it’s a rallying cry for noise, for sweat, for togetherness.

hope collective & irish pop archive present:
“Document night run by the Hope Collective, in association with the Irish Pop Archive is a night of storytelling and inspiration. We ask people how they got involved in their creativity and document their stories. These stories will then be archived and made available as pieces of history rather than anecdotes over time.”

TORANN. Loud. Local. Global.
End of January. Galway.
