An evening of music, storytelling and community connection to launch Sleep Out for Simon 2026 and support Simon’s Essentials Fund.

A special evening as they launch Sleep Out for Simon 2026, bringing together leaders from the arts, sports, business and community sectors to learn how they can help make a difference to people at risk of or experiencing homelessness.

The annual Sleep Out raises vital funds for Galway Simon’s Essentials Fund, providing practical support to people facing the most difficult circumstances, helping them access the support they need when they need it most. Because no one should face the fear of homelessness alone.

During the evening, you’ll hear first-hand about the impact of the Essentials Fund and how your involvement in the Sleep Out can help transform lives. The event will also feature a live performance by acclaimed Galway singer-songwriter Tracy Bruen, as well as the opportunity to experience Lost & Found, an immersive virtual reality short film developed by the Creative Centre of Technologies in collaboration with Simon clients.
