This is a Shake the Dust–inspired somatic yoga class blends intentional shaking, free movement, guided movement, and embodied flow to help you clear stagnant energy and reconnect with your body, all to the backdrop of a kicking playlist of music.

Afterwards you will all sit together and spoil ourselves with some gorgeous breakfast options with plenty of coffee and lots more fun.
