Seasonal Dinner Evening at Brigit’s Garden: Spring Supper Club

You are warmly invited to join Brigit’s Garden for a special night of seasonal dining at their popular Supper Club in the Café at Brigit’s Garden, featuring the best local ingredients cooked and presented with flair by chefs Aitor Escudero and Sarah McArdle.

Each evening will have a different set menu, themed to showcase the best fresh produce of the season, complimented by seasonally decorated tables.

What to expect:
– A cosy, informal ambience with candlelight
– A complimentary welcome drink on arrival
– A delicious dinner: an amuse-bouche, a starter, mains and dessert, followed by tea and coffee with petit fours
– Quality wines and soft drinks available for purchase to complement your meal
Arrival is at 7pm for drinks and mingling (if you wish), with dinner to start at 7.30pm.

Please note: they are happy to offer a vegetarian/vegan menu. However, given the nature of the set menu they may not be able to accommodate other dietary requirements, so please contact them before booking if you have any allergies or intolerances.

The all-inclusive cost is €72 per person per night.

Meet your Chefs:
Aitor Escudero’s cooking is rooted in his native Basque Country and guided by curiosity. He is passionate about traditional gastronomy and bringing the best of each season to the table. Aitor has worked in many restaurants, including Tartare and Ard Bia in Galway.

Since qualifying as a chef from GMIT, Sarah McArdle has worked in many establishments around Ireland, including Ard Bia in Galway City. Her main passion is pastry and she loves creating seasonal cakes and desserts.
