OXO will act as Ireland’s largest Christmas exhibition of 2024 and will run between Nov 22 2024 – 26 Jan 2025, providing a platform for artists based locally, nationally & internationally to exhibit their artwork in Galway City, the cultural capital of the West.

This year’s OXO exhibition will feature over 150 artworks from more than 140 artists, all selected from Outset Gallery’ recent open call. With such a large and varied collection of original artworks, OXO 2024 promises to be an exciting and highly anticipated event, drawing significant attention in the lead-up to Christmas and offering an excellent opportunity for collectors to acquire a unique piece from emerging and established artists.

The core ethos of their organisation is to support artists by providing a high quality platform from which their work will be seen and appreciated. In order to provide the best support and amplification of the work showcased in OXO 2024, they will be awarding artists with prizes generously donated from sponsors. Awards will range from cash prizes to solo exhibitions and individual showcases for emerging artists in separate partner venues across the city.

All works are available to purchase and this is the perfect opportunity for collectors or enthusiasts to secure a unique, one of kind art piece.

The free launch event will run from 6.30pm-9.30pm with complementary refreshments for guests and music from Brothers in Arms, a new project from resident DJ Mitch Presents.
