A celebration of ‘difficult’ women: Margaretta D’Arcy & Lelia Doolan

Originally recorded in 2020, this is one of a series of interviews between influential Irish women over 70. This episode features artist and activist Margaretta D’Arcy (who sadly recently passed away in November 2025), her long-time friend and collaborator, producer and director Lelia Doolan. These women have been blazing trails for 60 years, and moving mountains long before hashtags.
