Now in their 6th year, Galway Uke Festival has become a beloved annual tradition across Galway’s Latin Quarter. Galway Uke Fest 2025 will take place from Thursday, June 19th to Sunday, June 22nd!

Taking place in the famous Latin Quarter of Galway City, the Galway Ukulele Festival hosts an annual three days jam-packed with concerts, workshops, street performances, competitions, and more—all set to the infectious sounds of the ukulele.

Artists attending this year’s festival include The Raines, Ukulele Simon, Sage Harrington and Ukulele Zaza (The Honeywaiians), with lots more to be announced.

Due to increased demand, the festival will look a bit different this year. The festival will kick off with an exciting opening event on Thursday evening and will wind down on Sunday afternoon. Throughout the weekend, we’ll host plenty of play-alongs across Galway’s West End and Latin Quarter. Don’t forget our festival staples, the Golden Uke Competition, Festival Clubs, Children’s concert, as well as the infamous Flashmob which is taking a new shape this year as a rocking’ stroll down around Galway’s streets.
