Galway Film Fleadh are thrilled to announce that acclaimed actor, playwright, and director Rory Kinnear will be the subject of this year’s Actors Masterclass at the Galway Film Fair, proudly supported by Screen Ireland.

Taking place on Saturday, 11 July, this exclusive event offers audiences a unique opportunity to hear from one of Britain’s most celebrated and versatile performers, whose remarkable career spans film, television, theatre, writing, and directing.

During this special three-hour masterclass, Kinnear will discuss his approach to performance, character development, and storytelling across screen and stage. Drawing on decades of experience working with some of the world’s most respected filmmakers, writers, directors, and theatre companies, he will offer invaluable insights into the craft of acting, sustaining a creative career, and navigating today’s evolving film and television industry.

The masterclass will be facilitated by renowned Irish casting director Maureen Hughes, one of Ireland’s most respected industry figures.
