This May, during the Blas na Bealtaine food festival, Alma Restaurant will host a night of food and wine on a journey through the Portuguese landscape.

From north to south, three dishes that are symbols of the traditional gastronomy, transmitted from generation to generation over the centuries, paired with three wines that reflect the different terroir from each region.

Mariana de Moraes, wine specialist from Alma’s prime supplier will talk about the uniqueness of Portuguese wines and the details of each wine served during the event, along with João (half of Alma and the heart behind the stove) who will chat about the dishes and the tradition of food in the Portuguese culture.
