Dance of Light, is an immersive Pre Summer Solstice Cacao and Ecstatic Dance experience to celebrate movement, music and presence.

As we approach the Summer Solstice, the brightest and most expansive moment of the year, we come together to celebrate light, vitality, community and movement.

DJ ISIYA will guide the dance with a powerful live set blending organic rhythms, tribal grooves, deep bass and uplifting melodic journeys designed to celebrate an awaken body, an open heart and a free spirit. Expect a curated ecstatic dance experience that invites us to fully express, release, and connect with joy through movement.

Ecstatic dance is a free-form conscious dance practice, no choreography, no judgement, no experience needed. Simply we will move as we feel and allow the music to guide us into presence, and flow.

The high quality of ceremonial cacao which I will serve will be enriched with Lion’s Mane, known to support clarity, focus and creativity & Cordyceps, traditionally used for energy, vitality and stamina.
