This 2-hour workshop will focus on the last half of the Classical Pilates Mat order, including classical exercises not featured in Return to Life. Following the workshop, participants will have a familiarity with the more advanced exercises in the Classical Pilates Mat order and will be ready to take their Mat practice further, whether that’s at home, online, or in the Advanced Mat Flow class, coming April 2025.

Refreshments will be served on the day too.

It’s easy to feel like the Reformer or the Tower or any other piece of equipment is an upgrade from the Mat. But, in fact, it’s the opposite. Nothing hurts like doing a Mat exercise right!
