A movement session where you can shake off stress, recharge your energy, and reconnect with your body, heart, and mind. Whether you’re buried in studies, craving creativity, or just need a reset, this is your time. Come move, sweat, and shake it all off, then stay for a soft drink and a nibble after.

Shake the Dust™ is more than just a workout; it’s a transformative experience for your body, heart, and mind. Each session is built around a powerful, poetic theme that guides you through waves of perpetual motion, deep rest, release, and wild freedom.

Expect a dynamic mix of shaking, jumping, dancing, and intuitive movement, blended with elements of yoga, Pilates, somatics, and bodyweight training. Every class is powered by a carefully curated playlist designed to move you as much as your body. This is a practice for everyone. Whether you’re a yogi looking to break out of your usual flow or you’re just craving a cathartic release, a good sweat, and a stronger, more resilient body, this is your space to shake it all out and come alive. 56 Central’s Gill Carroll will be joined by DJ Benoit to create a complete body, mind, and heart experience.

– 90 min session followed by 30 min mingle & wind down
– Yoga mat will be provided. Dress loosely for movement, layers are good as you may sweat!
– Light refreshment and snack provided after for the wind down and mingle
