When Kerry and Mark Legh started to struggle for space in their Abbeygate St vegetarian cafe, they decided to open The Lighthouse Cafe in Terryland. Just like their city centre location, they use local suppliers, and make almost everything on the menu in-house.

Mark says “We believe that eating vegetarian/vegan food shouldn’t mean compromising on flavour, or replacing meat with heavily processed fake meat alternatives, our dishes are made using fresh veg, nuts, legumes, spices and seeds.”

There is so much to choose from on their menu. The vegan fry is delicious when paired with a fresh coffee, loose leaf tea, or cold kombucha. They serve a variety of salads, hotpots, sandwiches, soups, pastries and much more!

You can pop into the Lighthouse Cafe Terryland’s between 9-4pm, Monday – Saturday. They are also taking Returnr cups and bowls, which aims to reduce the amount of disposable cups being thrown away every day.
