After nearly 50 years of the bar being in her family, Martina Lydon has stepped back from a business that her father purchased in 1975 and left it in the good care of Galway’s Leonard Catering Group. Lydon’s Bar & Restaurant comes with a special connection to the group as Managing Director Aiden Leonard got his first job there many years ago. The Leonard Family also have deep roots in the surrounding East Galway area, making it the perfect addition to the group.
