Osaka
What is it? - A Korean and Japanese restaurant.
This is Galway order: The Honey Balsamic (Tangsuyuk). Perfectly cooked crispy chicken with onion pepper in balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and soy sauce topped with pineapple. This dish comes served with steamed Japanese rice or brown rice. This dish is incredible, full of delightful flavours, it’s ideal for dinner or a filling lunch after a busy day at work.

What is it? - A café with deli, and grocer space offering fine foods and wines.
This is Galway order: The Turkish Eggs. Turkish style yoghurt with spicy chorizo, poached eggs, and sourdough toast. Honestly, this might be the nicest breakfast we’ve had in a while and it’s truly unique to Cornerstone so we highly recommend hopping in the car or on the bus and visiting them ahead of your workday. Order this day, and you’ll be in a good mood all day.

Screene’s on the Square
What is it? - An Irish bar offering wholesome pub food.
This is Galway order: A Toasted Screene’s Sourdough Sandwich. While it’s your choice of toasted/plain or sourdough/wrap, this sandwich comes stacked with a roast chicken fillet, sweet bacon, cheddar, red onion, smoked pancetta and sundried tomato mayo, with baby gem lettuce. Served with a side of slaw salad and Ballymaloe relish or soup. It’s their signature sandwich and completely unmissable. What is it? - A takeaway restaurant offering American street food.
This is Galway order: The Peppi Dog. Picture it a hot dog bun loaded with sausage, caramelised onions, cheddar cheese sauce, pepperoni, ketchup, mayo and mustard. It’s as good as you’re imagining (actually it’s better!) so make sure you call by on your way home from work and treat yourself to a delicious snack.

What is it? - A vegan and vegetarian restaurant.
This is Galway order: The Pancakes. The caramel pancakes come with chocolate sauce, banana, whipped cream and caramalised hazelnuts, and the berry pancakes come with berry compote, whipped cream, fresh berries, maple syrup and caramalised almonds. Now, it’s your choice between their caramel pancakes or berry pancakes, but either way you won’t regret ordering them. These homemade pancakes are utterly delicious!
