Launching this December in time for the festive season, Ahascragh Distillery’s premium tours will give its guests the opportunity to be guided through a tasting of a selection of exceptional and sought after spirits. These are fully guided tours of the distillery which will take visitors through a journey of the history of the old mill, the craft of whiskey and gin distillation and the future of Ahascragh Distillery through the use of innovative technology. Guests will also be given the chance to taste their award-winning whiskeys and gin, such as the Clan Colla Irish Whiskey 11 Year-Old, 13-Year-Old and Xin Gin.
