Created to make painting accessible, relaxing and fun, the Paint Ireland collection gives people everything they need to create their own Irish masterpiece — even if they haven’t picked up a paintbrush in years.

The first Paint Ireland collection features six distinctly Irish scenes:

Stars Over Fastnet — capturing one of Ireland’s most celebrated lighthouses.
Keem Bay — inspired by the spectacular Achill Island landscape
Kisses From Blarney — a playful take on one of Ireland’s most famous landmarks
Cliffs of Moher — bringing the drama of Ireland’s Atlantic coastline to canvas
Ha’Penny Bridge — celebrating an unmistakable Dublin icon
The Long Walk — inspired by Galway’s colourful waterfront

Each €75 Paint Ireland kit comes with a pre-drawn canvas, acrylic paints, paintbrushes, palette knife and palette paper, along with access to a step-by-step fully guided video tutorial.

Even the box has been designed as part of the experience: the packaging transforms into a reusable easel and protective workspace, so painters can simply open the kit, set up and start creating.

Paint Ireland

"We created Paint Ireland because we wanted to give people that same feeling they get at an ArtClub event — switching off, having a laugh and discovering that they can actually paint — wherever they are," said ArtClub co-founder Sinead McCarthy. "Ireland gives us an incredible canvas to work from. There are places that instantly mean something to people, whether it’s somewhere they grew up, somewhere they visit every summer, or somewhere that reminds them of home. We wanted to turn those places into an experience people can enjoy and then hang on their wall."

Art Club was founded in 2024 by artists Sinead McCarthy and Lorraine O’Neill, who had previously spent more than eight years working together at Paintclub. Today, ArtClub delivers public and corporate creative events around Ireland, built around a simple philosophy: creativity should feel accessible, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable.

Sinead, a graduate of Crawford College of Art & Design and a finalist on RTÉ’s Painting the Nation, and Lorraine, whose background is in sculpture and design, have built ArtClub around encouraging people to forget about perfection and simply enjoy the process of creating. That same philosophy sits at the heart of Paint Ireland. Rather than starting with an intimidating blank canvas, each kit includes a pre-drawn design and fully guided video tutorial that takes the painter through the artwork step by step from mixing to applying. The aim is to make the experience approachable for complete beginners while still giving each person the freedom to put their own stamp on the finished piece.

The collection also offers a new way for people overseas to connect creatively with Ireland. From an Irish person living abroad who wants a piece of home on their wall to someone looking for a distinctly Irish gift, Paint Ireland transforms familiar landscapes into something personal: a painting created by the recipient themselves.

"For us, the finished painting is only half of it," added co-founder Lorraine O’Neill. "It’s about taking a couple of hours away from screens and everyday life, getting your hands covered in paint and enjoying the process. You don’t need to think of yourself as artistic. We’ll guide you through it."

The Paint Ireland collection is available now from ArtClub.ie, priced at €75 per kit.
