Ahascragh Distillery unveil new Clan Colla Restaurant

Ahascragh Distillery founders Gareth & Michelle McAllister are thrilled to announce the opening of the Clan Colla Restaurant, a unique and welcoming addition to the heart of Ahascragh village. This exciting new venue offers a unique dining and social experience for both locals and visitors alike.

Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of Ahascragh village, County Galway, the Clan Colla Restaurant promises to become a cornerstone of the community. The new establishment will combine great food inspired by the culinary traditions of Ireland, a warm atmosphere, an assortment of wines, beers and the full collection of Ahascragh Distillery’s finest whiskeys and gin.

The opening of the Clan Colla Restaurant marks a significant milestone for Ahascragh Distillery and its founders, Gareth and Michelle McAllister. The couple passionately dedicated the past five years to reviving the heritage of Ahascragh, with the opening of Ahascragh Distillery and the Old Mill Shop & Cafe creating a destination in East Galway that celebrates the spirit of community and craftsmanship.

The Clan Colla Restaurant features a beautifully designed interior that reflects the charm and history of Ahascragh village. Guests can look forward to a cosy yet contemporary ambiance, perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal or a special celebration.

The Clan Colla Restaurant will be open each week from Thursday to Saturday 5pm to 8.30pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm.
