A café that has become synonymous with pancakes, Mr Waffle are literal experts in making this sweet/savoury treat. To make things even sweeter, this Pancake Tuesday they are going to be donating 15% of all takeaway pancake sales to ACT for Meningitis so you can treat yourself to something delicious all while helping others. The Creamery

Ideally located along the famous Salthill promenade, The Creamery is the perfect place for to get your pancake fix! Their breakfast crepe is complete with spinach, crispy bacon and Irish smoked cheddar. The brunch menu at Corrib House is honestly to-die for but for this article we really want to put their pancakes in the spotlight!
