Tranquillity Leisure and Spa at Raheen Woods Hotel

NRG Fitness have swimming facilities in Knocknacarra (Clybaun Hotel) and Bohermore (Cúirt Seoige), and a membership with one grants you access to the other. NRG Health & Fitness Bohermore has a 20 metre swimming pool, along with a spa suite which includes a sauna, steam room, tylarium and a jacuzzi - which makes it an ideal place to wind down and relax. The Knocknacarra facility has an 18 metre swimming pool, along with a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and an outdoor hot tub. The public swimming pool in Kilcornan has open sessions on Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm to 3pm, with the price for adults being €6 and €3 for children. Additionally, Fiona’s Swim School operates from Kilcornan Swimming Pool with weekly lessons for children and adults at beginner, improver and advanced stages.
