The Irish are a nation of go-getters, with over 46% of us tackling a champion-worthy 4 to 16 tasks by 7am each day according to new research conducted by Alpro.
The survey*, undertaken to celebrate the arrival of the Alpro Plant Protein range found a nation of go-getters with everyday essentials like starting a wash load, emptying the dishwasher and getting showered before breakfast.
Alpro also found that almost three-quarters (74%) of respondents complete their entire morning routine in less than 60 minutes. This means more time for what matters most, whether a leisurely breakfast, catching up on the news, or simply enjoying a few extra moments of peace before the day begins.
