Featured in the exhibition are paintings of Roundstone, Killary and Ballyconneely, and copper sculptures of musicians and birds, amongst others. Patsy Farrell’s work focuses on the changing landscapes of Cappagh and the inspiration he draws from Connemara and the streets of Galway. Gay, a welder by trade, transformed his skills into an art form by using his welding machine like a paintbrush. His ability to draw in space with controlled precision brings a unique, uncluttered elegance to his work. Their distinct yet complementary styles offer a captivating blend of personal expression and shared artistic vision.

Patsy Farrell and Gay Farrell, native Galwegians and brothers, are self-taught artists who began their journey by experimenting with wood and metal. Their partnership in a garage business and shared love for creating have led to extraordinary works.
