The successful candidates will have plenty of warmth, energy and a great sense of humour, while making children and families feel comfortable and welcome. You'll need to be confident improvising and interacting naturally with visitors, maintaining the festive magic throughout a busy day and working as part of a large team. Previous experience as Santa isn't essential, but experience working with children, families, performance, hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus.
