Enjoy a 3 course meal in the Olive Tree Kitchen, paired with cocktails specially created for this event using their award-winning spirits, while Pádraic explains how the Ó Griallais family have preserved the craft of distilling extraordinary spirits made using family recipes, craft knowledge and time-honored techniques for six generations over 170 years.
