The 3rd IRISH RHYTHM & SOUL WEEKENDER will be taking place from 8th to 10th March 2024 in the beautiful city of Galway which was nominated European Capital of Culture in 2020.

They will also be having DJs from all over Ireland and the UK and they will now be playing over 4 rooms of Rhythm & Soul Action namely;
*Too Darn Soulful Room – essentially Northern Soul/Motown/Classic Soul
*Check Out The Groove Room – Soul/Motown/Funk/Jazz-Funk/ Disco etc
*Dust My Broom Room – R&B/Rare Groove….and maybe a touch of Latin??
*Atlantic Soul Lounge – an altogether more chilled out space which should be the antidote to everything played elsewhere. Expected more nuanced ‘sophisticated’ and also ‘deeper’ examples of the genre.

The 20+ DJs assembled from all over Ireland, the UK and Europe, in addition there will be films and activities such as wine and whiskey tasting, yoga sessions etc. One special guest this year will be STEVE GUARNORI who is generally acclaimed as a real Soul Music Guru and indisputably one of the world’s foremost experts on the genre. He will be playing throughout the weekend as well as signing copies of his 530 page tome on the history of the All Platinum label and its subsidiaries.

Music will be available over 3 nights and two whole days and numerous additional features & options will also be available to all their guests.
