Discover the joy of cooking with fresh, seasonal produce straight from our organic garden. At Slieve Aughty Centre, we focus on bringing people together to learn, create, and savour delicious food.

Each class offers a hands-on experience, where you’ll explore the best of what our garden has to offer, along with other local and wild produce, followed by a shared meal to enjoy the fruits of your labour.

It’s a perfect opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills, and embrace the beauty of seasonal cooking.

Classes are €85 each, or book three and enjoy a discounted rate of €65 per class. We can’t wait to cook, learn, and feast with you!

Sourdough Workshop with Jaco Daniels
Join Jaco Daniels, a professional bread baker, as he takes you step by step through the entire process of making sourdough.

Due to the nature of the bread-making process, this is a longer workshop, with lunch served at 2pm.

While the sourdough may not be ready for lunch, you’ll have the opportunity to sample the freshly baked bread before leaving!
