In a group session she uses several sound instruments such as tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes and percussion instruments. The sounds and vibrations of the instruments influence our brainwave frequencies. We often move away from an active brainwave state to a calmer state known as theta. After a session people feel the restorative effects on the mind and body.
