Wellness coach and bestselling author Pat Divilly will be at Kennys Bookshop for an event on February 26th, talking about his new book, Shadow Work

Pat will be joined in conversation by journalist & radio and TV presenter Meghann Scully about the book, and will also be guiding participants in a short breathwork practice session!

Divilly is the bestselling author of Fit Mind, and is a wellness coach based in Barna, Galway. He runs workshops offering deep coaching, breathwork and body-based therapies to help heal trauma, develop confidence and reconnect people to their authentic selves.
