OXO will act as Ireland’s largest Christmas exhibition of 2023 and will run between December 1st-23rd, providing a platform for artists based locally, nationally & internationally to exhibit their artwork in Galway City, the cultural capital of the West.

Last year, OXO 2022 featured 110 works from 80 artists with this year surpassing this figure and featuring 135 original artworks from over 125 artists representing a richly diverse range of artists across multiple disciplines.

Last year Outset Gallery had a footfall of 3,000+ visitors throughout the month of December 2022, they have high expectations for OXO 2023, and can guarantee it will be an unmissable calendar event in Visual Art.

The core ethos of their organization is to support artists by providing a high quality platform from which their work will be seen and appreciated. In order to provide the absolute best support and amplification of the work showcased in OXO 2023, they will be awarding a couple of artists with prizes generously donated by their sponsors. Awards will range from cash prizes to individual showcases for emerging artists in venues across the city.

All works are available to purchase and this is the perfect opportunity for collectors or enthusiasts to secure a unique, one of kind art piece.

The free launch event will run from 18.30-22.00 with complementary refreshments for guests and music from resident DJ Mitch Presents. Entry can only be made via cross street entrance – registration is essential.
