New Pizza Chef course with Pizza & Pasta Napoli

We’re delighted to let you know that Pizza & Pasta Napoli are launching a New Pizza Chef course. The first intensive course will run from Monday, November 21st – Friday, November 25th. The course will run daily from 9am – 5pm with food provided to all participants.

Becoming a pizza maker will allow you to work all over the world, regardless of the language spoken. Students will learn dough preparations including direct and indirect methods (biga and poolish) and the rolling, stretching, topping and baking of dough.

Students will also gain more familiarity with the use of equipment (mixers, workbenches, peels and ovens). Upon completion of the course, students will be fully prepared to work in a professional setting.

Students will get materials that they need, a certificate of completion and the course will have both theory and practice elements.

Please note: Students will need to pay a €200 deposit to secure their place. The total cost of the course is €1,000
