Grand Slam Champion Storyteller at The Moth in Los Angeles and a Champion Storyteller at The Dublin StorySlam, Mary Kate O’Flanagan returns to Galway with Making a Show of Myself, directed by Will O’Connell, at this year’s Galway Fringe Festival.

After earning glowing plaudits from the critics and standing ovations from audiences in its first sellout run at Smock Alley Theatre, Dublin in November 2023, Making a Show of Myself shares stories from Mary Kate’s life ranging from the ridiculous, and embarrassing to hilarious and tragic.

Described by Katy Hayes of the Irish Independent as “a good antidote right now in a world that seems impossibly difficult and cruel.”

Making a Show of Myself runs from the 24th until the 27th of July at 7pm at The Loft at Seven Bridgestreet. Tickets €15.
