Watch as Janey Mac fearlessly transforms her perimenopausal angst and audience suggestions into a hilarious, one-of-a-kind improvised comedy experience.

The show was initially created for Tinderbox Theatre’s sell-out Incubate Festival at The Mac, Belfast, with audiences describing it as ‘Pure craic!’ ‘So funny, I properly cry-laughed.’ and ‘Stunning in every way.’

Janey Mac is an improviser, comedian and writer from Belfast. She performed improv comedy for many years in London and now performs regularly with Belfast Musical Improv. Janey trained in improv comedy at the Free Association, Monkey Toast and Hoopla in London and the iO Theatre in Chicago. ‘Janey Mac is How (Blame the Hormones)’ was developed with Tinderbox Theatre and supported by the Arts Council Northern Ireland.
