The Irish Composers’ Collective celebrate their 20th anniversary with a concert premiering new works by ICC composers and Amanda Feery.

This year, the Irish Composers’ Collective is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a series of concerts taking place throughout Ireland. Adrian Mantu of the ConTempo String Quartet has been working with several of Ireland’s top emerging composers to help bring new works of music to life. All of which will premiere in St. Nicholas’ Collegiate Church, Galway on November 19.

As is often the case with ICC concerts, there will be a varied programme of music that will span different compositional practices, backgrounds and creative approaches – and there will be a mix of veteran and amateur composers alike. The concert is guaranteed to be enjoyed by anyone who appreciates the creative process and seeing different approaches to music making, as well as those who love music.
