This October the nation’s biggest comedy festival will take over Galway’s pubs and theatres for seven joyous nights, transforming the city and county into Ireland’s Comedy Capital – in the process delivering an unforgettable celebration of humour, wit, and all things funny.

Mark hit the headlines in August when his joke, “I was going to sail around the globe in the world’s smallest ship but I bottled it”, was voted the funniest of this year’s Edinburgh Fringe, meaning he joins comics of the calibre of Tim Vine, Stewart Francis, and Zoe Lyons – all previous winners.
