This October the nation’s biggest comedy festival will take over Galway’s pubs and theatres for seven joyous nights, transforming the city and county into Ireland’s Comedy Capital – in the process delivering an unforgettable celebration of humour, wit, and all things funny.

After some time out of the limelight, Al Porter’s long awaited comeback tour was a feel-good tour-de-force of reflection and redemption with unbreakable spirit, hard-won insight, uplifting optimism – and big big laughs. The great news is this dapper Dub is coming back to #GCF24, likely to be performing new jokes and routines, but with his trademark high energy and even higher quality humour.
